Established at our Oriental art gallery in Mayfair, London since 1976, and as a family antique business for three generations, we are specialist dealers in Asian art - including Chinese art, Japanese art, and Himalayan art - the scope of our stock being eclectic and diverse, but concentrating on rarity and quality.

Our Asian art collections embrace 'scholar's taste' objects, early ceramics, Japanese and Chinese porcelain (including Chinese Export porcelain), Chinese furniture, lacquer, enamels, and sculptural work (both large scale and cabinet size) - with many bronze statues; they include a selection of Nepalese, Tibetan and Indian sculptures, alongside Buddhist art and ritual objects. Figurative art features, in many forms, throughout our gallery - with Tang dynasty pottery figures and animals, Buddha statues in bronze, stone and wood, cloisonné enamel mythical beasts, and porcelain birds. We invite you to view a small changing selection of items from our superb and unique range of Oriental Art in 'our collections'.

'For this year's 'Asian Art in London' event - 30th October to 8th November we are holding a selling exhibition of Chinese works of art - and these can be viewed by clicking on 'Chinese Works of Art 2008'. The exhibition features works from the Song dynasty to the Qianlong period and includes bronzes, cloisonné, furniture, hardstones, lacquer, porcelain, and further works of art carved in wood, bamboo, boxwood, and horn.

Our last two catalogues can be viewed by going to the exhibitions section of this site and clicking on "Chinese Works of Art" and "Chinese Sculpture & Works of Art" Follow this link to receive updates and information on your particular area of interest in this fascinating field.
