A box and cover

length: 20.7 cm

The box is of rectangular form with semicircular ends – the top of the lid decorated with a charming scene of ducks resting amongst lotus flowers and leaves, against a yellow ground. The sides depict the eight Buddhist emblems alternating with single flower sprays against a dark blue ground.
